Facing the obsolescence of their legacy coin-operated lockers, DrLocker turned to us to architect a fully computerized locker line they could deploy and scale nationally. They needed an end-to-end partner capable of harmonizing hardware, software, firmware, and cloud infrastructure while meeting rigorous real-time reporting and compliance demands and doing it fast.

We led the evaluation and selection of every embedded component, then overtime had engineered two distinct product lines (standalone, networked) supporting three applications (storage rental, parcel rental, IOT slave mode), all managed through a unified cloud dashboard. Today those systems seamlessly interface with over 20 third-party devices, from coin and note acceptors, to EMV QR & card readers and SMS and client server to server API interfaces. This gives DrLocker’s customers flexible payment options and operators real-time visibility.



This locker ecosystem now powers the majority of DrLocker’s revenue, handling tens of thousands of transactions with rock-solid reliability and minimal overhead. Built-in telemetry and diagnostics allow for preemptive maintenance, catching issues before they become failures. Real-time visibility into payment and transaction data helps the support team identify and respond to problems faster, significantly reducing the issue resolution cycle.
Our work didn’t end at launch. We continue to roll out new capabilities, like a partner portal that allows third-party admins to manage and access reporting for their lockers via the cloud, low-latency remote control with sub-millisecond responsiveness for IOT applications, and automated e-invoice handler that support DrLocker’s role as a Payment Facilitator. This ongoing collaboration reflects our commitment to building long-term, future-proof solutions that scale with our clients.
