It started with a much smaller goal. I wanted an invoicing tool that was fast, modern, and built for power users who appreciate a good keyboard shortcut. As a systems engineer, I’m wired to look for the "right way" to do things, so I kept adding features and refining workflows to make the tool more capable.
I began sharing it with friends, guiding them on the best practices I’d built into the code. Over several years, what started as a small utility for my inner circle grew horizontally into a robust, comprehensive system.
When the pandemic hit and I lost my main job, I didn't stop building. Instead, I poured my full energy and passion into this project. Cloudby is the result of those years of engineering discipline and a genuine desire to help businesses run more smoothly.
