Progressive Billing
Projects are billed in stages — 30% upon signing, 40% at delivery, 30% on acceptance. Each invoice ties back to the project, the milestone, and the original quote. The system tracks outstanding progress billing across all active projects so nothing gets missed at month end.
Deposit Tracking
A deposit collected today is a liability until it is earned. The system holds deposits in a dedicated account, applies them against final invoices, and releases the balance automatically when the job closes. The P&L reflects earned revenue — not cash received.
Accountant-Ready Books
Every journal entry is traceable to a source document — invoice, payment, bank transaction, or manual adjustment. Export the trial balance, the AR and AP ageing, and the bank reconciliation in formats your accountant can work with directly. No cleanup required before audit.
