How does the trial work?
Every plan starts with a 2-month trial at full features, on your real data, with our help setting it up. At the end of two months you will know whether it fits. No card required to start.
Can I subscribe to two plans?
No, and you will never need to. Each subscription is exactly one plan plus optional add-ons. If you find yourself wanting two plans, the next plan up already covers both and costs less than stacking them. That is by design.
What if I only need one extra function?
Add-ons attach to any plan and are quoted together with it. And a standing promise: a plan plus add-ons never costs more than the next plan that includes them. When an upgrade becomes the better deal, we will tell you.
What happens when we grow?
Upgrades and new add-ons take effect immediately, prorated for the current cycle. Downgrades and removals take effect at the next billing cycle. Your data, users and history stay exactly where they are: growing on Cloudby is never a migration.
What happens to our data if we drop a module?
It goes read-only. Nothing is deleted, every record stays viewable and exportable, and resubscribing switches it back on as if you never left.
Is there a setup fee?
RM 1,200 one time, fixed scope: we configure your teams, categories and workflows, enter your existing open items, train your people, and take you live in about two weeks. Discounts are case by case; the monthly rate is never discounted.
Will my price change later?
Your price is locked to the pricebook you signed on. When we publish new pricing for new customers, existing subscribers keep theirs. Both of our earliest customers still pay their original rates.
