Live in two weeks.
Working, not just installed.
You do not figure Cloudby out alone. We configure it around how your business actually runs, and hand it over working.
One fixed-scope engagement per module family. No day-rate meter running, no scope creep, no surprise invoice at the end. The published price is the price.
per module family
- Teams, members and reviewers configured
- Categories, priorities and locations set up
- Your live workflow mapped into the system
- Existing open items entered before day one
- One live training session, office and field
- Go-live checkpoint call
From kickoff to go-live.
A fixed sequence we have delivered before, not a project plan invented per customer.
Kickoff & discovery
We sit down with you (in person or on a call) and map how your operation actually runs: teams, workflow, categories, what counts as done.
Configuration
Teams, members and reviewers set up. Categories, priorities, locations and document flows configured to mirror your business, not a generic template.
Real data in
Your existing open items are entered so day one starts with your real work already in the system. Then a live training session for office staff and field teams.
Checkpoint & handover
A go-live checkpoint call confirms everything runs. Your subscription billing starts here, at go-live, not before.
What the package is not.
Fixed scope only stays fixed if it is honest. These are quoted separately, before any work starts, or we tell you plainly it is not us.
Bulk data migration from legacy systems
Historical records, old transactions, multi-year archives: scoped and quoted separately.
Custom integrations
Connections to external platforms are scoped per case, honestly, including when the answer is not yet.
Ongoing bookkeeping or payroll processing
We set the system up; running it stays yours. Guides and support are always there.
Setup is invoiced on signing. Subscription billing starts at go-live.
Setup discounts are case by case; the monthly rate is never discounted.
Two weeks from now,
your team could be working in it.
Start with the plan and the 2-month trial, or go straight to a setup conversation. Either way, the first step is fifteen minutes.
