Cloudby exists because too many Malaysian businesses are running on spreadsheets, disconnected apps, and manual processes that cost time and create errors. We built the system we wished existed.
Why we built Cloudby
We started ArtSense Studio with a simple belief: that the software running Malaysia’s growing businesses should be as capable as the people running them. The tools available were either too expensive and complex for SMEs, or too simple to actually run a real operation.
So we built Cloudby — a platform that starts where you are and grows with you. Not a suite of disconnected apps. Not a watered-down version of enterprise software. A single, coherent system designed for the way Malaysian businesses actually work.
Today, Cloudby covers 10 business modules, is built for Malaysian compliance, and is deployed by real businesses running real operations. We’re still early — and that’s exactly when to get involved.

Why I started this
I’ve worked with enough Malaysian businesses to know the frustration of running operations on tools that don’t talk to each other. Your payroll is in one system, your inventory in another, your sales pipeline in a spreadsheet, and your accountant in a completely separate world. You spend more time reconciling information than actually using it.
Cloudby is my answer to that problem. A platform where every part of a business — from the first lead to the final financial statement — lives in one connected system. It’s not finished. It’s growing with the businesses using it. And that, I think, is how good software should be built.
