The current Project module aggregates documents from across your Cloudby operation into a single project view. Sales quotations, sales invoices, credit notes, purchase orders, purchase invoices, goods receipts and supplier quotations linked to a project are visible in one place.
From these documents the module produces a project-level profit and loss — revenue from sales invoices against costs from purchase invoices — giving a clear picture of where a project stands financially without running separate reports across multiple modules.
This is a reporting and visibility tool, not a full project management system. Task management, milestone tracking, resource allocation and milestone-based billing are not part of the current release.
A full project management module is on the roadmap.
The Project module is being developed into a complete project management capability. The current release is the financial visibility foundation that the fuller capability will build on.
