Payroll

Payroll that runs correctly, every month, without the three-day ordeal.

EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB calculated for you. Year-end EA forms included.

Keep employee records and pay items in one place, generate the month’s payslips in one run, and review every one before anything is confirmed. The statutory files come out of the same run. Free for up to 3 employees, with no end date.

The Challenge

The last few days of every month should not feel like this.

For most small businesses, payroll is the same exercise every month. Open the salary spreadsheet. Check the latest EPF contribution table. Compute PCB manually or with a separate tool. Calculate proration for anyone who joined or resigned mid-month. Prepare the EPF file, the SOCSO file, the EIS file. Submit to three different portals. Generate payslips and send them one by one.

It is repetitive, high-stakes and unforgiving of errors. A wrong PCB deduction affects an employee’s tax position. A late EPF submission triggers a penalty. A proration mistake means a correction run next month.

The deeper problem is timing. Salary increments need to apply at exactly the right moment. New joiners need their first payslip prorated to their start date. Resignations need to be closed out correctly. When everything depends on someone making the right update on the right day, the process is only as reliable as last week’s calendar reminder.

The Full Payroll Cycle

From salary set-up to statutory submission: one connected process.

Payroll runs in two phases. Preparation builds and checks every payslip before anything is committed. Close-out turns the confirmed batch into the amounts to pay and the files to submit.

Phase 1: Prepare

Preparation

Build, check and confirm every payslip before a single ringgit moves.

1

Employee records and pay items set up

Salary, allowances, deductions and statutory status, each with an effective date so changes apply on the right day automatically.

2

Payroll batch generated

Every payslip calculated in one action: basic salary, allowances, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB and proration for joiners and leavers.

3

Draft payslips reviewed

Each employee’s payslip as a formatted preview. Net pay, deductions and contributions exactly as the employee will see them.

4

Adjustments made where needed

Any line on any draft payslip can be adjusted before confirmation. The admin has the final say on every number.

5

Batch confirmed

All payslips locked as a permanent record of the run.

Phase 2: Close Out

Pay and Submit

The confirmed batch gives you what to pay and what to submit, without rework.

1

Statutory files generated

Submission files for EPF, PERKESO (SOCSO and EIS) and LHDN PCB, produced from the confirmed run.

2

Totals ready to pay

Salary totals and the amount owed to each statutory body, per run. Finance sees the totals, not who earns what.

3

Payslips issued

Every employee’s payslip comes from the same confirmed run, so what they receive matches what was submitted.

✓

Year-end, already prepared

EA forms come from the confirmed payroll history, so year-end is a print, not a project.

What Makes It Work

Built for Malaysian businesses running payroll correctly, not just quickly.

Malaysian Statutory, Built In

EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB are calculated in every payroll run. Submission files for EPF, PERKESO and LHDN are generated from the confirmed batch, ready to upload without reformatting.

Salary Changes That Apply on Time

Every pay item is stored as a dated history, not a single current value. An increment effective on the 15th is entered when it is approved, weeks ahead if needed. When the batch runs, the new rate applies from exactly that date and the difference is prorated.

Draft Payslip Preview

Every batch produces a full set of draft payslips, formatted exactly as the employee will receive them. Review every one before confirming. If something looks wrong, fix it before any number becomes permanent.

Override on Any Line

Any value on a draft payslip can be adjusted before confirmation: a one-off deduction, a special allowance, a statutory edge case. The system calculates the default. The admin has the final word.

Salaries Stay Private

Access is split by role. HR sets up pay items without seeing payslip amounts, the payroll admin runs the batch, and finance sees per-run totals, never individual salaries.

Accurate Proration

New joiners, mid-month resignations and salary changes effective on any date are prorated to the exact days involved, including short tenures that span two periods. The first and last payslip reflect precisely what is owed.

More Than One Run a Month

Run a mid-month advance, a commission run after sales figures close, or an off-cycle settlement for a resignation. Each run is separate, clearly labelled, and does not disturb the main month-end batch.

Year-End EA Forms

EA forms are generated from the confirmed payroll history as permanent records. Once generated, a form reflects the payroll data at that point: later changes to employee details do not rewrite history.
